Shipping & Returns
Processing
Orders are packed by hand in California and typically leave our studio within two to four business days. Larger stone and glass pieces may require additional time for protective crating.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States with tracked, insured carriers. Final rates and delivery estimates are calculated at Shopify checkout based on your address and the weight of your pieces.
Returns
Unused pieces in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Vintage and one-of-a-kind items are final sale, as each carries the marks of its own history.
Damages
If a piece arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging and we will make it right.
