We take great care in packaging our items, but if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund. Please take clear photos of the box and the damaged item(s) upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the refund process.

If you decide you no longer want your beautiful item, you may return it within 7 days in its original packaging. Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
